They seem to be 'created' by SmartSteamEmu and look more like 'Steam notifications' ( you know when you see the game your friend is playing under his/her username in steam ) The servers shown in the server browser doesn't seem to be actual servers. Launching Cheat engine crashes the game ( see ) so using the technique described here ( Changing 'FRLobbyLANGame' to 'MPLobbyLANGame' or 'ZMLobbyLANGame' ) in the memory doesn't work I'm currently trying to figure out a way to play cracked black ops 3 over LAN.
